At Richardson Seating, we stand behind the quality of our American-made furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging with all protective materials included to ensure the furniture remains undamaged during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
